The role

This is a critical position during a period of profound transformation at MAG, as we embark on two landmark change projects at Manchester and London Stansted Airport. Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Transform the business through technology, digital, and automation.
  • Develop product strategy and technology change roadmap.
  • Identify and understand business issues and needs.
  • Shape and support technology change projects and programmes.
  • Improve end-to-end digital and customer experience.
  • Work with solution architects, product, and project managers.
  • Deploy changes for key technology products and projects.
  • Align technology change with business strategy.
  • Support MAG’s vision to be the premier airport services company.

 

What will make you successful in the role?

In order to be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Extensive BA experience in customer-oriented industries.
  • Experience with systems, process, and data changes.
  • Passion for improving customer experience.
  • Understand different customer personas and technology solutions.
  • Proven track record in complex, data-driven environments.
  • Knowledge of development lifecycle and Business/Benefit Case development.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in agile and waterfall methodologies.
  • BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis or similar qualifications are a plus.
