The role
This is a critical position during a period of profound transformation at MAG, as we embark on two landmark change projects at Manchester and London Stansted Airport. Your key responsibilities will be:
- Transform the business through technology, digital, and automation.
- Develop product strategy and technology change roadmap.
- Identify and understand business issues and needs.
- Shape and support technology change projects and programmes.
- Improve end-to-end digital and customer experience.
- Work with solution architects, product, and project managers.
- Deploy changes for key technology products and projects.
- Align technology change with business strategy.
- Support MAG’s vision to be the premier airport services company.
What will make you successful in the role?
In order to be successful in this role, you will have:
- Extensive BA experience in customer-oriented industries.
- Experience with systems, process, and data changes.
- Passion for improving customer experience.
- Understand different customer personas and technology solutions.
- Proven track record in complex, data-driven environments.
- Knowledge of development lifecycle and Business/Benefit Case development.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in agile and waterfall methodologies.
- BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis or similar qualifications are a plus.
