They’re on the lookout for a CRM Manager who knows how to turn data into action and customer interactions into long-term relationships. You’ll lead a team of two Web Analysts, working at the intersection of CRM, Marketing, and UX/Product to craft personalised, high-impact campaigns.

Your mission? Manage and optimise musicMagpie’s customer relationship management (CRM) systems and strategies to deliver the right message at the right time—boosting engagement, driving revenue, and ensuring every customer touchpoint adds real value. By leveraging automation, insights, and seamless experiences, you’ll play a key role in strengthening customer loyalty and maximising lifetime value.

Here’s What You Can Expect To Be Doing

  • CRM Strategy Development: Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
  • Data Management: Work with tools such as Bloomreach (Exponea), Power BI, and other suitable tools to manage and analyse customer data.
  • Customer Data Platform: Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to develop and enrich our customer data platform, Exponea, with customer data.
  • Reporting and Dashboards: Produce reports and dashboards to provide insights into customer behaviour and campaign performance.
  • Marketing Automation: Help build and optimise marketing automation workflows to improve customer personalisation and engagement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with developers, marketing, product teams, customer experience team, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of CRM tools and data.
  • Customer Insights: Use customer data to provide insights and recommendations for improving customer experience and increasing conversion rates.

A Few Things About You

  • Experience in CRM or Analytical Role: Previous experience in a CRM, problem-solving, or analytical role.
  • Experience of CRM Tools: Proficiency in CRM tools such as Bloomreach (Exponea), Google Analytics, Power BI or similar software.
  • Data Interpretation and Presentation: Strong skills in data interpretation, manipulation, and presentation using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or similar software.
  • Knowledge of Marketing Automation: Practical knowledge of marketing automation tools and techniques.
  • Self-Driven Learning: Demonstration of self-driven learning and enthusiasm for continuous improvement.
