Social Media Executive

About The Role

Have you ever thought about working in Social Media? Think it would be cool to spend your day making TikToks or planning ways to engage customers through Instagram reels?

Our Social Media team do just that and as a Social Media executive you’ll focus on delivering content that really engages our followers and drives new customers to AO. Working with Jade our Social Media Manager and Rachael our Senior Social & Influencer Manager, you’ll help to plan and deliver content across our social channels to help build awareness of our brand.

Here’s What You Can Expect To Be Doing

• Support the Social Media Manager in planning and delivering content across our owned social channels
• Shooting and creating video content for Reels, TikTok & YouTube
• Using engaging content to maintain and enhance online conversations
• Researching and monitoring our social listening tools to find new trends and suggesting improvements to social formats
• Work with our influencers and content creators on producing content to promote AO
• Plan and ideate for influencer events
• Input into weekly and monthly reporting packs as required

A Few Things About You

• You’ll be passionate about all things social with a desire to learn more and develop your skills
• A people person who can build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to create static and video content using social media tools and platforms
• You’ll have a creative flair with the confidence to express your ideas
