Retail Media Analytics Manager
£42,500 to £47,500 plus great benefits (Work Level 6A)

We’re looking for a Retail Media Analytics Manager to join our growing team within Co-op Media Network – the UK’s leading convenience-focused retail media network. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our data and analytics offer, helping advertiser clients to make smarter, insight-led decisions.
What you’ll do
• Lead the extraction, analysis, and interpretation of shopper data to generate actionable insights for media strategy and campaign planning
• Measure and report on the performance of CRM and digital media campaigns, helping demonstrate value for brand advertisers
• Collaborate with internal teams across analytics and insight, CRM, digital media, B2B marketing, and commercial operations to optimise campaign performance and support shopper data monetisation
• Play a role in advancing our measurement capabilities to help set Co-op Media Network apart.
• Develop new analytics tools, dashboards, and methodologies to unlock better targeting and measurement
• Present insights and recommendations to clients, building trusted relationships that drive repeat investment
• Help shape our analytics strategy by supporting how we use data to drive media effectiveness and monetisation
This role would suit people who have
• A strong analytical skillset with the ability to interpret shopper data sets.
• Experience using BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI to create dashboards and visualise data
• Familiarity with digital media campaign metrics and performance measurement
• Basic to intermediate SQL skills to extract and manipulate structured data
• Confidence communicating insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable challenging and influencing with data, and confident forging relationships with clients and internal teams alike
• Collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to working with internal teams and external clients
