The role

In this role you’ll support the Security Project Improvement Manager (SPIM) in driving the continuous improvement of operations, performance, people, safety and guest experience. You’ll provide administrative support, documenting actions from governance meetings, tracking progress and benefit mapping of projects in progress and provide regular progress reports on security projects to keep stakeholders informed of their status. You’ll take an active role in data collection processes to ensure the availability of relevant information for security projects, and identify data trends and document them for analysis to inform decision-making within security projects. You’ll also support communications to Security operation and wider stakeholders surrounding security improvement initiatives.

What will make you successful in the role?

We are looking from someone with experience in a similar administrative role. You’ll be able to extract and analyse data, create standard and customised reports and present findings in a user friendly format to support decision making. You’ll also be a strong communicator with the ability to interact with stakeholders via a range of communication channels and be organised and able to prioritise and meet deadlines. Experience using Microsoft office is also essential.
